Left Hip Pain

Hello I need some advice!

I have always ran 2-3 miles every now and then, but I seriously started running in august to train for my (first) half marathon in October. (I train in very hilly Central Park)


I ran 10 miles for the first time on Thursday with no pain. The next day (Friday) in the afternoon I started feeling pain in my left hip.


I am worried I did too much to injure myself. Hoping it is something minor and an easy fix 🤞🏼🤞🏼anything you guys recommend is appreciated!!!
