side stitch!

Hey! Currently training for the staten island half, and am at the peak of my long runs (10,11 miles). I tried to start my long run last Friday, and got a super painful stitch in my side, so decided to bail after 3 miles and try again today. I was able to power through, but the stitch returned, and my side is now sore after the run. I’ve definitely gotten little stitches while running before, but this one seems to be recurring. This is also the first time I’m getting to the double digits in mileage as well. Any advice on preventing these would be amazing/coping mechanisms for trying to make it go away on the run!
