Strained Calf
I ran 19 miles on the 16th and during the run felt great had no problem and then had a wedding. The next day I couldn’t even walk on my right calf, I took a week off and just biked. It hurts the worst when I stand up on my tip toes, it is so weak that it just gives out when I do that.
I ran Monday and Tuesday 4 miles with no pain very slowly and yesterday I tried to go a little faster at an 8:30 pace for a mile (can usually go 7:30 no problem) and I was exhausted and it felt like I could not stride. Running NYC and Philly marathon this year, any suggestions to get my calf back to normal? Also worried I’m going to lose all my stamina
