Sick at end of training block
I’m running Chicago in one week and I’ve been sick the last week and a half, so I’ve missed my last long run and some other workouts. I know it’s best to rest but I’m so anxious about not getting in these final workouts.. #1 priority is to get to the start line healthy on race day but can’t help but feel like I am losing strength?!?? Any advice for staying active and positive appreciated !!
