NYRR 9+1 Race Signup Timing?

Hi everyone! Just wondering if anyone knows what time NYRR 9+1 race signups (for 2024) open tomorrow because I haven’t seen a concrete time in any of the NYRR emails…Also, how fast do the spots usually fill up / if I am interested in doing 9+1 (to get entry for 2025) do I need to sign up for all of my races ASAP or can I wait a bit? Thanks!
