Happy Endorphins Monday!!!! and happy MEDAL MONDAY!!! To everyone who ran the Chicago Marathon this weekend!!!!

Chicago Marathon

50+ Endorphins Marathon Project Members and over 150+ Global Endorphins members ran the Chicago Marathon this weekend. The vibes in Chicago were off the charts and could be felt in all of our Endorphins cities. You inspired us to chase our dreams and push the limits and for that we all applaud you!!! RIGHT ON!

Seattle Endorphins!!!

Endorphins is coming to Seattle on Wednesday! Shoutout to @Maria Iuliano and @Noah Simpson for stepping up as city leads. Seattle has such a rich running background and history and it is so cool to say that Endorphins is now on the west coast!!!! AYYY!

Community Vote Tomorrow

Supporting our community and your wildest running goals is obviously the reason why this community exists. We do ~monthly community votes and take the feedback from these votes and then do our best to implement the feedback. We do this to ensure we are always supporting you to the best of our ability! Tomorrow we have Community Vote #20! LFG!

A ton of people have been expressing interest in coaching support beyond the Marathon Project. For context… Endorphins is currently 17 weeks into a 20 week community oriented marathon program around the fall marathons. 300+ Endorphins members are using this program to CRUSH their goals (as seen in Chicago yesterday)!!!! You can also see the entire thread on how it came to life here.

It is clear that the community is interested in continued coaching beyond the Marathon Project. Coach @Rebeka Stowe and I have been trying to figure out how we can build a program that supports Endorphins ALLL YEAR LONG! It is no small task… and instead of us trying to build a program for you… in true Endorphins fashion… we figure its best to build it with you and the community! This will ensure the program will be built in a way that supports you and your goals!

If you are interested in becoming a better runner and having a dedicated group of people to train with in 2024 take a moment tomorrow to vote! Your vote will help us shape the future of Endorphins!
