Hi 🏃🏼‍♀️fam—

I’m Stephanie, I moved to Chicago a little over a year ago, currently living in the Lincoln Park area— I ran track in high school during off-season from volleyball, but didn’t continue after graduating. I did over continue playing volleyball.

As I was preparing to move here, I began a health/fitness journey as well. I’ve become very avid in the gym and food tracking. I’ve lost a total of 80lbs. I typically get cardio through cycling, but have been interested in running more recently.

So, I’m looking to hop in as a beginner and build up to races in the future!

Any pointers, advice, or if anyone wants to push a newbie, please let me know! 🤎🍂
