Leg, Knee, and Foot pain

On every run I have aches in pains in my knees, feet, and legs. My feet have plantar fasciitis which I think is just from dress shoes I wear at work. My legs just feel heavy on runs, and my left knee sometimes has just light pain and just feels off. I’m only doing 1 to 2 mile runs so I’m so confused on why I have so much pain whilst running now. For context i started running in summer of 2022 and overtraining a lot this led up to me taking off a few months from may of 2023 to July of 2023. Over these last few months I have tried to get back into things easily, but am having more pain just on little easy runs than ever before. Should I just take off a month, and then maybe get back into it. I just really want to get back into running again, but I know running in pain every single run just isn’t a good idea.
