Standing in solidarity w/ all victims | Supporting Peace

Hello,

We have taken the past few days to listen, learn, and find a way to process the abhorrent events taking place in the Middle East. As an organization that is rooted in positivity, happiness, and supporting one another, and with so many of our members deeply affected by the war taking place I personally and all of our city leads feel inclined to speak up during this moment in time.

The recent events taking place in the world do not align with our mission.

There is nothing that could justify the senseless attack on innocent life unfolding before our eyes. Endorphins holds space for all victims and innocent lives in both Israel and Palestine, and everyone affected by these tragedies.

The shockwaves of these events transcend physical distance, and I have spoken with many community members who have been impacted in profound ways that are incomprehensible. Given this, I encourage our members to support one another with respect and empathy over the coming days, weeks and months.

Without that support… Endorphins is nothing.

We will continue to host group runs. If we as a collective unit continue to support one another the way we have done so since day one, our experiences and events can serve as a temporary escape from the tragedies taking place in the world. If you need a break, know that you can return when you feel ready. In true Endorphins fashion, you will always be welcomed warmly and with open arms.

Lastly - and most importantly there are acts of terror and anti semitism being committed all over the world and in the United States.

This type of behavior has no place within our community.

If you align with this type of behavior, you will not be accepted in the Endorphins community. Period. If anyone sees it within our group, please bring it to our attention so we can take the necessary steps to protect the safety and well being of our members.
