CYCLEBAR Garden City
Hey y’all! Are you looking for something to do tomorrow afternoon?!
CycleBar in Garden City (LI) will be hosting a charity class for the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation- to help those with paralysis. The doors open to check in at 12:30 and class begins at 1pm sharp.
As a physical therapist, I see people each day struggle with paralysis and work harder than anyone I know to achieve their goals. Many of us take our daily movements for granted. It may be as small as scratching our nose when we have an itch or on a larger scale of standing up from a chair or rolling over in bed.
Throughout the world, about 1.1 million runners finish a marathon each year. That equates to approximately 1% of the global population.
There are 5.4 million Americans -- nearly 1 in 50 people -- living with some form of paralysis. These individuals, their families and caregivers are the driving force behind the work the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation does.
The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation is dedicated to curing spinal cord injury by funding innovative research, and improving the quality of life for people living with paralysis through grants, information and advocacy.
I would be so appreciative if you would help me reach my goal with a donation, no matter the size.

Would love to see you and the positive vibes from endorphins members!
