Right knee pain

I started noticing some pain in my knees during long runs and attributed it to shoes (brooks glycerin). I Switched up to hoka bondis for more support which I like much better and now there is no pain in the left knee but I’m finding the right knee to have a pinching sensation I feel throughout my leg and a popping noise when ever I move it around. My knees also naturally tend to hyperextend. I’m running NYCM in 2 weeks and worried about this slowing me down, any thing I can do at home to help?
