WVAC/ strength training gym?
Hi everyone! Moving from Philly to NYC this week and I’m looking for a strength training-based gym / classes with programming that’s a hybrid of weights and functional cardio, but not necessarily Orange Theory or Barry’s (i cannot do treadmills lol). I’ve been looking into West Village Athletic Club and am wondering if anyone’s a member and wouldn’t mind me asking a few questions, or if anyone has other suggestions! Open to most locations in Manhattan, really just want a place with solid programming and coaches but I’m picky and have been lucky with past locally owned gyms🤠🤠
