Heart rate and running
Hello all! I’ve got a low resting HR (30-40 BPM), during my runs it’s around 130-140. Though it is partly genetic, with my parents being athletes, I am still wondering if this too low to continue to properly train for a half marathon? For a few months I’ve been trying to increase my electrolytes and calories, but it seems to not make a difference. Any similar experience/ tips are greatly appreciated ☺️
