Knee pain/ runners knee
Hi, I did 20 miles 10 days ago and have been having some slight discomfort in my knee since. I have been running with a knee support sleeve since I started training for the nyc marathon and noticed slight discomfort in my knee. It’s been 10 days since my last long run, I did a shake out run and was able to do it… curious if so close to the marathon I should keep running or if there are any stretches you recommend. I haven’t been having any pain, just “aware” of my knee.
