Posterior Tibialis/Peroneal Tendonitis
Hi all! Got diagnosed with this a couple of weeks ahead of Chicago, pretty much shut down running and was going to PT each week. Got through the marathon (woo) but obviously aggravated it more.
Unfortunately I am out of PT sessions for the rest of the year and I am trying to get ready to train for London in the new year. I want to spend the new two months really rehabbing and getting strong.
Any exercises or suggestions would be super helpful! Also didn’t know if I should look into a new running shoe or gait analysis once I can run alittle pain free.
