Post Race Stretching and Recovery
Hey there! I just completed a marathon and looking for some solutions to help over the next few days of soreness.
The area struggling the most are my groin/upper quad and top of ankle.
Any tips to reduce pain and increase mobility? Or is it truly a sit and wait kinda thing.
