Hip pain
Ran the Toronto marathon about 2 weeks ago and am worried I jumped the gun in getting back into running because I’m dealing with some hip pain (primarily my right hip but my left is also feeling a twinge). It has been sore/dull ache (in the side/front/feels like almost the hip socket?) on and off for the past week or so but felt a better so I did two consecutive runs. Around 3 miles in started feeling shooting pain and was hard to move it fully - wondering if anyone has any suggestions for what to do/what it might be? Much appreciated!!!!
