BAA HALF Race Strategy
Hey y’all! I’m super pumped to run the Boston Half this weekend but I’m a littleeee nervous about the first half of the race being downhill and the second half being all uphill… I’m especially nervous about pacing.
Has anyone here ran it before? What’s y’all’s race strategy for pacing especially for the second/uphill portion of the race??
