NYC Holiday Party - Vote Results and Next Steps | TLDR it is happeninggg!

Hey everyone!

So excited to share with everyone the results of our NYC Holiday Party vote and next steps! TLDR - we are hosting an upscale Black Tie Optional end of season party!

Before I begin, just want to highlight how this process was such a great example of how our community is community lead. We asked everyone for thoughts around this event, took the feedback into consideration… showed it to the venue lol… and came to an awesome compromise to make the event happen!!! LFGG!!

Vote Results:

88% of the community was ok with the $150 price point (including the the 2 hour bar package) however 12% was not about it…. soooo we showed the venue the results and they worked with us on an amazing compromise!!

We will have two ticket options:

1. $50 - cash bar option

2. $150 - 2 hour bar package including beer, wine, and specialty cocktails
   

These ticket options will allow the venue to be properly compensated for the event while allowing Endorphins to not need to put down a $xx,xxx figure deposit to reserve the space!!! So amazing!!!

Date: The event will be on December 20th from 7:30pm to 10:30+ pm.

Venue: The newly renovated Gaansevort Hotel rooftop - 18 Ninth Avenue (at 13th Street) 
New York, NY 10014

Attire: Black Tie Optional - lets dresssss upppp

There is only room for 150 guests. Anyone who voted in the city vote will get access to tickets a day early. Obviously, we would have loved to find a space that could support our 5000 NYC members however considering the size of our group and how expensive venues are this was not feasible :(

We are finalizing the last remaining details with the venue but I wanted to share this out of transparency and excitement!!! I will be posting in this space once everything is locked in and we know when ticket will be ready to go live! Likely will have more info next week!
