Adductor Strain
Hi! I’ve been struggling with some pain in my inner thigh/adductor/knee area of my left leg. It started about 4 weeks ago after a 21 mile run and then I tapered and ran NY. Since the marathon I’ve still felt the pain these past two weeks and have not run on it at all. The pain is less than a 5 but persistent and felt even when walking/sitting at times. PT diagnosed as a grade 1 adductor strain and so I’m wondering if anyone has had any similar issues, any advice on how to get the speediest recovery, and what exercise (if any) I can do in the meantime!
