Running watch recs

Hi!! I’m on week 3/16 of training for my first marathon and I think it’s time I graduate from holding my phone in my hand. I’ve got an Apple Watch but I’m looking for something a bit more runner-centric. Might pull the trigger on something with all the sales this weekend.
