Tips for Running Stride/Pace in Groups?
I just got back into running but I noticed my stride is really wide so I’m going farther and my pace is faster. When I run in groups I get trampled behind others, my feet dragging; to the point where I end up with shin splits 😅. My pace is about an 8-10mi split
Is this a sign I should spread myself out more? Or go with a faster group? Any tips?
