Hey!! My name is Zahria and I’m originally from Maine (greater Portland area) but have been in Boston for nursing school for the past 3 years. I play club field hockey in school and did gymnastics for about 10 years but just got into running this past year!
I started running this past March after watching 3 of my best friends run Boston and just being so inspired. I love running on the Esplanade and through Cambridge and have just fallen in love with distance! I recently ran the BAA Half as my first race and absolutely loved it. I’m running the Old Port Half back in Maine this June as my next race and will be entering the lottery for NYC 2024 as well!
Can’t wait to start running with a group and to meet new people!
