Outer right knee pain
Just started experiencing some outer right knee pain this morning as I was lifting legs. I’m currently not training for a race but will be starting in January. I ran 5 easy miles yesterday which could’ve aggravated it. I do have a history of knee pain as I tore my right patellar tendon about 7-8 years ago. It’s usually not aggravating me but this morning I felt a little pain. Are there any stretches/movements you recommend or should I maybe just see a professional?
