strength & conditioning
Hi everyone! Training for my first marathon (whooooo!!⚡️) and hoping some more seasoned marathon runners can provide perspective and insight to different strength/conditioning programs around the DC area. I’m a regular at F45 but have been considering some programs that are specifically tailored for runners, especially MVMT at Flex. Has anyone tried Flex or other similar programs/coaches? Do you think emphasis on strength/conditioning benefited you on marathon day and was worth the time/money invested?
