McCarren Track 5K Attempt

Had to DNS Frosty 5K where I was going to go for a PB to set up a baseline for 2024.

I will be going to McCarren Park Track to do that tomorrow to go for it…thinking about going around 8am and projecting a 7’-7’30” pace.
