This run will be a bit different than our usual. We’re hitting the trails in Rockefeller State Park!

We’ll meet at 8am inside Grand Central terminal, catch the 8:25am train to Tarrytown, and run from the train station to Rockefeller State Park (about 1 mile). We’ll do ~8 miles total around a ~9:30-10:00 min pace. You’re welcome to do more or less once we’re there. The trails in Rockefeller State Park are wide and well maintained. But please still come prepared (good shoes, hydration, etc).

After the run, we’ll stop for pastries and coffee before hopping back on the 11:50am or 12:15pm train back to Grand Central.
