Hey team,

This is a special summer event and we are pumped to be able to host it for our crew. We will be partnering with coffee and chill and they will be offering every Endorphins member a free ticket to their cold plunge / sauna party.

We will be running from our normal start location, Washington Square Park to the venue in Long Island City. There will be a mobile van bag drop so you can pack clothing to change into for the plunge / sauna party.

Meeting time: 7:45 AM

Run Start: 8:00 AM prompt

Pace groups offered: 7min mile - 11 min mile
