This is a speed session that follows the Endorphins training program. We host these in addition to our other group runs throughout the week to offer a balanced approach to improving as a runner - whether you're training for something specific or just want to mix up your runs, everyone is welcome!
⏰Time: 6:30 PM (will look to leave promptly so try to arrive a few mins early!)

🧭Route: Head up the east side of CP,
ending back where we started
🏃Workout: 3x (1000m run, 200m jog, 800m run, 90 seconds rest)
