Welcome to Seattle Endorphins !! We're stoked you're here. March 8th is International Women’s Day. Join us for a fun run in Ballard on Tuesday, March 10th to celebrate! Socializing after at Rough & Tumble, our favorite women’s sports bar!!

This run is open to all gender identities 🫶🏻

Here are the details of our IWD run:

Time: 6:30pm - try to show up a few minutes early so we can leave right on time!

Place: Rough & Tumble (Ballard Location) 

Pace: ~10:00 min/mile (conversational pace) 

Route: start at Rough & Tumble, run out towards Golden Gardens and back 

Endorphins is an inclusive group! We run at a conversational pace and are open for anyone to come join! It is normal to come alone and meet new people! We can't wait to see you!
