This is a speed session that follows the Endorphins training program. We host these in addition to our other group runs throughout the week to offer a balanced approach to improving as a runner - whether youβre training for something specific or just want to mix up your runs, everyone is welcome!
β° Time: 6:30 PM (will look to leave promptly so try to arrive a few mins early!)
π Meeting Place: Central Park, Southeast corner right by the William Tecumseh Sherman statue
π§ Route: Head up the east side of CP, ending back where we started
πββοΈ Workout: 10 x 1 min hills, rest is jog down + 10-15s
