We are so excited to team up with District Performance and Physio (DPP) & Invictus Gym for another strength workout!
This time, we will meet at their Navy Yard location inside of Invictus Gym. Please RSVP to the event by Friday, March 21st at 10 AM–it is an RSVP required event due to planning purposes for equipment and staff. Join the coaching staff at Invictus for an hour EMOM workout + barbell squat clinic and strength session designed specifically for runners. This workout will help you build a strong foundation during your off-season training, targeting key muscle groups to prevent injury and enhance your running performance. Perfect for all levels, we'll focus on functional movements that complement your running goals. Brought to you by District Performance & Physio and Invictus Gym, you will have access to recovery tools after (theraguns, boots, rollers, etc.). Please RSVP to the event by March 21st at 10 am if you are interested in attending.
